Missing badge

Yesterday I got 23 kills and finished the game with first place while playing Octane! So I went back to the lobby to equip the badge in the banner but I didn't get it! I kept restarting the game and restarting Steam as my friends said but without anything new. I spoke with support about that and they told me that I have to wait for 24 hours, then I will get the badge. Now its been more than 24 hours and still the same so I went back to the support and they told that I have to wait until the team works in this bug. I really hope that I find a solution for it.
