missing content

i have had ash unlocked before i have got 2k kills with her and have spent a lot of money on her unlocking skins for her and  cosmetics for her and she has randomly been locked and now i can not even re buy her or get gifted her this is an absolute scam and should not be allowed can someone please help me with this issue.

    I was locked out of Ash about two months ago. I've seen other people encounter this problem, but none have been resolved.
