Last night I was redeeming my code after got it from Discord directly, using it on EA app. The code work fine. But the tracker didn’t show up in my account even it been hours. I did contact “EA next” something ,but its AI prompt can’t even get the ticket to fix the problem.

Gh0stLIN I had the exact same problem, (and sadly the code had to be redeemed in-game in order for it to work).

Luckily though, you can just use a different Discord Account to get another code.
