Last night I was redeeming my code after got it from Discord directly, using it on EA app. The code work fine. But the tracker didn’t show up in my account even it been hours. I did contact “EA next” something ,but its AI prompt can’t even get the ticket to fix the problem.
I redeemed an Apex code, and the redemption process appeared to be successful. However, I did not receive any items in-game.
I use code in EA Website not Apex Game , Help me Please
SixthZense You would need to get another code by using a different Discord Account as the code had to be used in-game, (which I have no idea why it doesn't work through the EA App/Site when both places can accept the code).
