Missing legend

I have played this game since the 4th season. I wanted to play Watson, which legend I had from years ago, then I found out that I don't have her anymore. I have spoken to the advisors, and I hope there will be a solution. They said that this can be a bug.  I don't know if anything like this has ever happened to anyone, but if so, contact them as fast as you can.
