Can you show which option you had selected in this case? Was this done in-game or through the store website?
From what I'm able to see, it looks like you had purchased an upgrade for the Battle Pass (such as from Premium to Ultimate or Ultimate to Ultimate+), rather than the actual Battle Pass itself. That would likely be why nothing's showing up here as well.
In this case you'd need to check and make sure you have the Premium or Ultimate Battle Pass to get the initial unlocks. If there was an issue with the wrong purchase, please get back in touch with support so they can take a look at that aspect.
