missing system override retro packs collected 0/24

i spent 50 dollars' worth of apex coin just to buy the system override retro packs to get the octane heirloom, the collected still say 0/24 when i bought alot of packs from the override reto packs i feel like i wasted money to get nun  had unlock alot items nd i still cant get the heirloom.
