Mistake in rank system bug

Hello,

I am currently ranked silver and can not play with plat players on my team due to the rank system you put in place. I took a photo of being silver but still being placed in plat lobbies. Please fix this, and I would like heirloom shards for my finding of this mistake by your team and the inconvenience of me being restricted from playing with my teammates but not my opponents. I have added two photos for reference. One is my lobby players, and the other is me spectating a team that killed me.
