My level 320 account was swapped for another account for no apparent reason; subsequently, while playing on that level 8 account I received in the swap, I was banned without cause. Please rectify this situation as soon as possible. Have a good day.

It sounds like you might be signed in on a different EA account than the one used to reach level 320. Since progress is stored at the EA account level, if you've signed in to a different EA account, you'd be tapping into the progress of the current EA account you're logged into, which would be the level 8 account in this case. Please check your connected accounts page to verify, along with checking your email address(es) to locate that other EA account.
Regarding the account action, if you believe it was applied incorrectly, please follow these steps to submit an appeal so our Terms of Service team can take another look. Unfortunately, we aren't able to support appeals here on the forums, but the ToS team will have the right tools and records to review this for you.
