I am an Apex player who really hates cheating, but my account was banned even though I have not used any cheats, and EA customer service has not addressed the issue. I have invested a lot of time, effort, and money into this game, and I am very passionate about it. I am now confused because my game account has been banned and I have not received a response. I hope the officials can give me a reasonable explanation, and I hope that many players who were wrongly banned can receive fair responses! After all, everyone loves Apex very much!

Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums. If you've already raised a dispute, you'll need to wait for our terms of serviuce team to respond to you. You should get a response in a few days.

So how can I better follow up on the entire processing procedure? Or could you give me a way to contact customer service so I can ask how long my processing will take?

You can reach out to our live support team, but they won't be able to tell you exactly how long it will take either. I'm afraid it can depend on a lot of factors, like the volume to contacts that they're dealing with at the moment. I can only ask that you're patient while they work.
