We've just completed a rollback of affected accounts that should return your account to its status just before this issue took place. If you were in-game this may not appear immediately, so please try restarting your game before checking again.
This should otherwise get your accounts back to normal properly, please take a look in-game when you get a chance and let us know how things look!

411.8 hours playtime on the game and mine account also got reset
Hi EA_Mako, I'll just post here since you finally make some reply these days, same level reset problem to my account, happend 3 days ago while unlock wattson, game logged out and lost all my level(trying to play-around and find-out so level 5)
I have also experienced this bug roughly 2 days ago as well. Was resetted to lvl 1, lost my stats, ranked access and I even lost cosmetics and apex coins earned from season 25 split 1 and 2 passes. Hoping someone can help or address this soon.
I have spent 850 hours playing Apex Legends. However, my account was reset to Level 1 on the afternoon of August 24th. Additionally, my Battle Pass level has dropped, and my in-game currency has become negative. Fortunately, all my skins are still there—I even bought Ash's "Baby Face" skin just yesterday.
