My account was reset to level 1

I have the same problem. My account was reset to level 1. Is there anything I can do ?

Hello EA_Mako​, thanks for solving my account level reset issue, but I haven't get Legend Tokens by Account Progression. Those Tokens and Packs should from level 221 to 222 award seems missing from my account. I wonder some data issue happend about my account progression? I've never cross-platform my account btw.(new level 223 and still no Legend Tokens)

Could you kindly fix this for my account asap?

This guy's latest reply was over ten hours ago, yet he hasn't responded to my messages and posts sent three days ago. What on earth is going on here?

my Apex level has changed to level one. I unbound EA and Steam, but when I rebind them, the level still hasn't changed.
