My apex was blocked by mistake.

Dear Apex Team,
I was wrongfully banned from the game at 15:50 (Beijing Time) on October 15th. The ban notification popped up suddenly while I was playing normally.
I have never engaged in any cheating or hacking activities in the game. You have access to all my game data, which will clearly show that my gameplay has been legitimate with no 违规行为 (violations).
I have already purchased three heirlooms in the game, so it is impossible for me to risk my account by using cheats. Additionally, I log in to play every day and have accumulated over 600 hours of gameplay time.
I sincerely hope this wrongful ban can be lifted as soon as possible.I am playing normally at the internet café.My game data has been uploaded in the document
