I had just bout the apex plus battle pass and it gave me a gold apex pack.but during the pack opening intro my game froze the crash.I never got my item, this only happens when I get heirlooms I’ve got two heirlooms and this happened both times.but this time I didn’t get an item and I fear it might of been a heirloom.

I have changed devices since my last two so that might be a factor to it.
Young_bull320 As far as I'm aware of, (and this is what EA Support had told me before when I reported crashing while opening up a pack as well), the items are automatically added to your account before you even see what was unlocked as the unlocking sequence is only an animation.
Note: This means that you should see red dots indicating what is new, (and if there aren't any, chances are you had just gotten crafting materials).
