I had just bout the apex plus battle pass and it gave me a gold apex pack.but during the pack opening intro my game froze the crash.I never got my item, this only happens when I get heirlooms I’ve got two heirlooms and this happened both times.but this time I didn’t get an item and I fear it might of been a heirloom.

Young_bull320 As far as I'm aware of, (and this is what EA Support had told me before when I reported crashing while opening up a pack as well), the items are automatically added to your account before you even see what was unlocked as the unlocking sequence is only an animation.
Note: This means that you should see red dots indicating what is new, (and if there aren't any, chances are you had just gotten crafting materials).I have changed devices since my last two so that might be a factor to it.
