My game looks like its high

So I've had this for 2 days now so from the 4th too the 6th before June 5th update my game has been bugging out with the visuals I've tried restarting the game which fixes it temporarily but then goes into it again but even re downloading the game doesn't work and no other games in my library like god of war or elden ring does this
