janoengler Your Apex progress is stored on the EA Account it was earned/progressed on, so were you switching any platform account links around by chance?
Nope when it happened I was playing apex exclusively on ps4 and no other device and one day when I turned on the game it just kept loading for like good 5 minutes before throwing me in to the lobby with everything gone. I forgot to mention that all the legends I unlocked also got relocked
