I have a problem with apex legends when i log my main account, i get kicked from the lobb about 10-15 seconds without any error message.

importand: on the same pc, another account works perfecktly fine and does not get kicked .

i already repaired the game and changed servers, so it seems to be account-related

can you please check if there is any restriction or issue on my account?
