I had 0 Exotic shards because i bought the Colortheme for the R301 Mythic a few days ago, now i got -10 Exotic Shards out of nowhere after finishing my last match? I then bought the Battlepass and shouldve recieved 10 Exotics but its still at -10, what happened to my Account? Iam the only one with access and there is no refund action on Steam or EA itself... Id be thankful for help, i dont want negative Currencys..
hi i just read the whole thread and my friend gifted me the premium battle pass through xbox for £8.99, it is not letting me purchase the pass or premium+ in game at all :( Im just very annoyed as i dont even think it can be refunded and money was wasted. I think its a bug but i doubt it would get fixed, i am literally locked out of the battle pass, is there any way you know how i can resolve it??

i was gifted the middle one, however i am in the process of contacting EA help,is there really no other way around it then spending MORE money ( WHich i do not have) On a pass that i SHOULD already have?? And btw im not mad at you, more this game and how that makes sence??

Honestly, I'm not sure. You could try contacting EA Support about refunding the middle one, although they'll most likely would have you refund it through Xbox, (if it can be refunded), since the purchase was made on Xbox.

got the same bug, contacted EA support and they reffered me back to this topic awaiting official reply from the team about missing shards issue..
