Never received Apex coins, can't make a ticket and live chats not being useful.

I bought it on the EA website and never received it the pop-up message said It's in my account but clearly not. EA isn't even helping with this situation the last forum I made they just sent a copy and pasted message, the tickets are insanely confusing and not at all useful, EA has got to have the worst customer service out of anyone. Whenever I try make a ticket it tells me to resume the case, I click resume and it brings to the same page to make a new case, It's like EA is ran by toddler's who watched a YouTube video on how to make a website, I'm hoping EA see's this forums and understands how stupid they look, how are you gonna be one of the biggest gaming company's and not care about your fanbase? The automated live chat is just an AI who tells you the same thing and takes you in circles. Now I'm down $113 AUD and didn't receive my 11500 Apex coins. I get that most of this thread is just me ranting but It's gotten to a point where EA need to be shutdown, I did some research and this same thing has happened to hundreds of people, everyone has had the same experience as me never receiving their Apex coins and never receiving a actual answer that isn't from the worst AI created or isn't from EA help sending the exact same message, they clearly put no effort at all into their customer support. And now it's been over 24 hours, I've tried everything the articles and EA help bot recommended none of it helped. Yes I've made a case and yes I've waited over 24 hours for a reply and for my coins to be in my account.

  • Yeah EA Help definitely can use a lot of touch-ups. Mind you that the AI Bot feature is still in beta, definitely not all that great apart from being a glorified search tool.

    In your case best you can do is wait for a response to your case.
    Depending on your bank, it can take up to 24 hours or maybe even a few days to process your payment. Did you purchase directly via EA, or did you buy the coins via Steam or another platform?

    With most cases, usual response time is around 72 hours, though can take up to much longer depending on how busy they are. But with most cases you should see a response around that time and they hopefully will be able to help out.

    In the EA website, I already accepted the purchase through my banks app
