Opened 10 packs at once on March 11th and received no progress to my spark bonus, let alone the reward pack. Was hoping I could get that resolved. Also, I believe my Apex account is tied to my Steam account, and not EA, but I'm not sure. I do know my EA and Steam accounts are linked. Thank you for any help that you can offer.
