Non Existent Item
A few days ago I had opened multiple apex packs and now on Seer it says I have a tracker and when I go to look at the tracker to make the red notification go away I can't find any new tracker with the red notification.

Same problem here but with loba, I can't get rid of red notification.
I recently realized there was a button for mark all as seen I would suggest using that. It fixed it for me.
