P2020 HammerpointRounds bug Report getting banned

Hello EA Terms of Service Team,

I am appealing my Apex Legends ban and asking for a manual review.

I believe this ban may be related to a bug I encountered with the P2020 and Hammerpoint Rounds. I was not using cheats, third-party software, scripts, macros, injectors, or any tool to modify Apex Legends. I encountered what looked like an in-game bug and was trying to understand/report it, but my account was banned afterward.

I understand now that reproducing a bug in a live game can look like exploiting, and I should have reported it without trying it further. I did not intend to gain an unfair advantage or disrupt other players.

Please review my account activity, match logs, and anti-cheat data manually. If the ban was triggered because of the P2020 Hammerpoint Rounds bug, I respectfully ask that the penalty be reconsidered.

I can provide screenshots, video, match time, or any other information needed.
