I bought 100 packs in Apex Legends and when I tried to open them, I whistlelisted them all and pressed the "open all" button, but then it gave an error and my packs were gone. Please fix this or give me a refund. I've been humiliated and wasted my money.
I understand what you're saying, but what I mean is, when I open 100 packs, the spark bonus in the bottom right corner needs to fill up, and because this spark bonus hasn't filled up, it's being interpreted as if my 100 packs haven't been opened.

To be clear - you absolutely did get the contents of your packs, there is just no new item notification - the red dot.
The items you received will still show up in your collection normally and are available to use, they'll unfortunately just be missing that red dot to show which is new, meaning you may need to check through each of the characters and weapons.
Under normal circumstances, my spark bonus should have been activated after opening 100 packs, but it wasn't, meaning my packs are gone, and there's no red dot on the weapon skins. So, I'm the one who's being victimized right now, and you can't do anything about it, it's truly unbelievable.

Sorry to hear you weren't able to see the pack openings and contents here, as that's definitely part of the fun. If there's an error during pack opening like this, it can prevent the new item notification icons from appearing, but fortunately the contents of the packs themselves are still delivered.
Have you had a chance to check through your locker since this happened? While they may not have the new item notification, you should still see all the new additions to your collection - unfortunately you may just need to check each section to see which items are new.
