Packet loss ranked play

I can not play more than one game of apex without resetting so I front get packet loss lag. This is terrible I am getting time banned for getting kicked out and losing a ton of rp because of it I want this fixed now these servers are horrible and I do enjoy the game but if this continues this literally makes the game unplayable. PLEASE FIX THIS and honestly I would like my rp back. 

BTW I play on the newest xbox
