PING ISSUES SINCE UPDATE

I have never had any ping issues on apex in my 1400 hours in this game and since the update on the 29th I have some games that are perfectly fine, around 30 ping if im on central servers then will shoot up between 300 - 600 ping. https://medal.tv/games/apex-legends/clips/nEge4sRfqOHTnKEdx?invite=cr-MSwyNUIsODg1NDkzMDE1

This is what this ping looks like when it is barely playable.
