Ping issues

I was playing the game with a toxic random in ranked me and my team mate reported it and he either left mid rank game or got kicked. After the game both me and my team mate play games now on 1000 ping and I don’t know what else to do call Verizon and every thing and I can play other games and be in party’s just find
