Predator Rank Reset After Suspension – No Review from EA & Ranked Split Ending

Hi everyone,

I’m posting here out of frustration, as I’ve contacted EA Support and the Terms of Service team multiple times but keep receiving automated responses that completely ignore my actual issue.

To be 100% clear:
I accept the 14-day suspension I received on my Xbox account — I am not disputing the suspension itself.

What I am trying to resolve is that, after the suspension ended, my ranked progress in Apex Legends was reset from Predator (23,754 RP) to Diamond IV, even though the ban had nothing to do with cheating, boosting, or manipulating ranked gameplay.

The suspension was for harassment, which I believe was triggered by a false report from a disgruntled player. Still, I am not here to argue the suspension — I’m fully acknowledging it.

My issue is that my ranked RP and Predator status were wiped, and I’ve been given no way to dispute or restore the progress I worked hard to earn legitimately. I had over 23,000 RP and was well within Predator range before the suspension.

Now, I’m being penalized even further, despite serving the full suspension, and the Terms of Service team continues to send generic responses without reviewing the actual issue: the reset of my ranked progress.

To make matters worse, the current ranked split ends in 10 days, and this is now putting my Predator placement at serious risk. This has been incredibly demoralizing as a committed player who earned their rank fairly.

There seems to be no official process to dispute a ranked progress reset, and I’m being completely ignored.

EA, please escalate this to the appropriate support or ranked progression team. This is unjust, and I’m simply asking for my legitimately earned RP and Predator rank to be restored.
