Profile not permitted

I know a lot of people have posted about this problem before but it is SO FRUSTRATING. I literally am able to play 1 in maybe 5-10 games before getting booted with the pop up: “this profile is not permitted to play online”. I’ve put through a couple of help requests to EA but have received nothing in response. I’ve deleted the game and reinstalled. Done pretty much everything I can and still can hardly actually play. I don’t know if anyone’s found any workarounds but it’s getting to the point where I’m ready to just about call it on Apex. I’m on Xbox and have another account but even on that it gets kicked. I even created a new account and couldn’t get in 10 seconds after it was made, ridiculous.
