Progress completely wiped out

I need help because my entire Apex Legends progress has disappeared.

My EA account exists since 2014 and it has been linked to my PlayStation Network since 2018. A few weeks ago | launched Apex on my PS4 as usual and suddenly everything was gone:

all Apex Coins
all purchased skins
all unlocked Legends
all stats and levels

It looks like a completely new account, even though I never created or linked a difterent EA account. I have always used the same PSN account and the same EA account. I never unlinked anything until EA Support unlinked my PSN today to try to fix the issue.

EA Support told me to report this as a bug because my progress did not return even after relinking.

Apex progress suddenly wiped a few weeks ago when starting the game

No other EA account exists or was ever linked

I just want my old progress back. Everything I earned and paid for is missing and Apex behaves like I am a brand-new player.

Can someone please help investigate and restore my progress?

Have you tried relinking your PSN Account to the correct EA Account after support unlinked it? Keep in mind that the data is stored on the EA Account itself, so if it's still not linked to the correct account at this point in time, that it won't reflect your progress.

Yes, EA Support already unlinked my PSN from the EA account. After that, I relinked my PSN to my only existing EA account. However, when I start Apex, my progress is still completely gone and the game behaves like a new account.

I have never used or created any other EA account, and I never linked a different account. This is the only EA account I have, and it has been linked to my PSN since 2018.

Even after relinking to the same EA account, my original progress (coins, skins, unlocked legends, level) does not return. The data is not showing up in-game.

I need help recovering my original Apex progress.
