I was playing ranked and after the game finished, the game crashed and got a message unable to reconnect. Then I got this ( This account is not permitted to play online) and I can’t enter the game ? Is it only me or some players got it too ?

I was playing then left to go eat and now I’m getting the same message.
I am having the same problem. I was playing their new Token event and it crashed and right after that same message popped up.
Xbox as well.. I ended a match with party last night. Logged in just now and it showed me still in lobby with my team. I restarted game and now the same message. “This profile is not permitted to play online”. I logged in and have no infractions/ bans.
Same thing here. My internet crashed but when I fixed my internet and loaded up Apex, it just said this account is not permitted to play online. I have no band or anything, I really don’t understand what is happening?
I'm having the same issue on my PS5. A friend cousin had the issue on his Xbox had had to Uninstall and reinstall. I'm going to try and see if that fixes it.

Same played 3 days ago and now my buddy and I can't log in. But I can log into my other account?
I just got off chat with EA Help. It is a server issue on their end. They are working on a fix, but no ETA available at the moment.
Same restarted the game and won't let me login
I was having the same problem. I can load in now but my rank has reset all the way to rookie 4 (was plat 4)
