Random server lag spikes

Ever since season 20 I have been experiencing these random server lag spikes and I don't know if this has happened to anybody else since I'm using a Raidmax Ryzen 7 gaming package as my pc but these lag spikes seem to occur most frequently when I approach an enemy or at a very inconvenient times causing me pain by playing this game I was a very avid player I've been playing since season 4 on ps4 and pc if some investigation can be put into this it would be greatly appreciated. I also am using some of the professional settings that a youtuber named extesyy gave to me but my fps is limited to 120-140 I also have seen very few incident reports from other players about this issue.

    Having the same issue here as well. Match to match its bad, sometimes it's like the game is running slowly, or it jitters or simply its unplayable.
