Ranked Rp loss

I ranked up from Sliver one to the first tier of Gold in my match summary and returned to the lobby and my rank had been reset back to Sliver 1 with 0/750 Rp,it happend before in bronze tiers but it thought it wouldnt happen again but it did and i dont have any screenshots
