Real MVP Octane Skin removed from my account?

Recently, I played Octane on Apex and noticed that a skin that I had from when I first started playing was gone. I no longer have any skins for Octane, and I'm unsure why. Is there something I can do?? I have also seen posts about this happening to other people?? Help!!
