WhiteRiverstone I've brought it up to the Community Managers to have Respawn look into it because I'd be so mad too if I had gotten something that wasn't even in a pack's loot pool to begin with.
The skin isn't featured in any of those stupid question mark boxes before anyone even says anything about that.
Which yeah, you are right, that skin is not in the pack's loot pool, (so to my knowledge, you were suppose to get either the frame, or something from one of the question mark boxes).
