I've since been back and forth in contact with support which has been utterly hopeless: They've repeatedly shared me false and irrelevant information not applicable to my case, lacking basic reading comprehension to the point it almost feels they're stalling or want me to stop pushing to have this solved. The few times I've gotten a reply from someone that seems to actually be able to read English, they've clearly barely skimmed my message or not cared for anything I've said other than "Packs".
My last support reply linked me back to THIS post (I MADE IT!!!) saying I should just post my issue for further investigation. I have gotten no help and it seems no developer or support care about this forum post either.
The goose chase with support has been an absolute mess that lead nowhere except testing my sanity with each and every email reply. If anyone is having a similar issue, I urge you to not buy the retro packs until there is confirmation that this mess has been fixed, lest you get stuck in useless support hell just like I did. 🙂
