Recon, Support, and Controller Legends Not Appearing in Legend Locker?

Help me EA. I am having an issue in Apex Legends where the Recon, Support, and Controller class legends are not appearing in my Locker. When I go to the Locker tab, only Assault and skirmisher legend classes appear, and the Recon, Support, and Controller legends are missing, even though I own and can play them in matches. This is so annoying because I cant at all customise some of my main legends, and haven't been able to for ages.

This appears to be a UI or Locker issue rather than a progression problem. The legends are playable in-game, but I cannot customize skins, banners, or other cosmetics because they do not appear in the Locker.

Things I have tried:

Restarting the game

Restarting my PC

Reloading the Locker tab

Platform: PC

When the issue started: Under a year ago by now

    Hey fma6464​,

    This certainly seems like a pretty strange situation if you're still able to play them in-game normally and just can't view or access them in the locker tab, sorry to hear that's keeping you from getting to customize any of those legends.

    Are you playing on Steam or through the EA app? Can I check which resolution you're using as well? That screenshot definitely seems a bit stretched or distorted in addition to having the missing classes.

    Given what you've already tried, I would definitely suggest repairing the game entirely at this point. If you're on Steam, that's done with these steps to verify the integrity of your games files. 

    If you're on EA app, you can click the 3-dot icon on your game tile and select the Repair option.

    I'd try repairing your game to make sure this isn't just a corrupted interface, but if you're still seeing this after a repair, a complete reinstallation may be in order.
