Regarding the Gundam collaboration pack rewards

The Exotic Shards from the Gundam collaboration pack rewards are not showing up in my account no matter how many times I try. I've tried restarting the game and other methods, but it's been no use. The Battle Pass rewards are showing up fine, so I think this is a bug specific to this pack. Please correct this and make sure the shards are reflected.Please take action.
