Respawn/EA will just take your Heirlooms!?!

When I logged back on from season 14 or 17 after not playing for a year or two, like anyone I checked all of my account information. One thing I noticed, was my War Club for Gibby was simply missing. The game prompted me to rebuy packs. No information, not heirloom shards.... nothing. I've been trying to contact EA for help but I'm confident they are not interested in providing a solution. I've loved this game since season one and I claim it to be my favorite game. It's safe to say I had a bad rest of my evening. After pouring in around 1000 hours I love receiving that kind of welcome back. Thanks EA/Respawn!
