Retro packs not tracking progess

I didn't own any of the system override event items until I started to buy the octane retro packs, I bought 18 of them before I noticed the heirloom progress wasn't tracking, after that I started to get random event items dispute not owning any of the remaining override rewards, if it was just a visual bug I would've just gotten more override stuff but instead I got a random prowler skin from season 14 upon opening another pack
