This is the second time this bug has happened to me. This time its telling me I have unlocked a tracker with the red indicator, but when scrolling through the items, there is no item with the red indicator.

I have the same problem, i unlocked blue tracker for octane i already had (???) and it just doesn't let me get rid of the indication
