rewards which i didnt get

so i was playing with a friend and after a game i got some rewards from wraith battle pass, my lobby wasnt loading (locker, challenges, shop,...) none of them was loading so i couldnt even open my apex packs. after some games this bug was fixed (everything was loaded) but i didnt receive my rewards. please i really wanna get these rewards
