Riptide ordinance bumdle
Bought the Rip tide ordinance bundle got the arc stars and thermite skin but wouldn’t let me claim the grenade skin would like my skin so i could buy the re colors please fix this immediately please

Confirmed on PC also. This was working on last update until today.
Yea i don’t know just want riptide recolor an because it didn’t claim it
I’m sorry you’re dealing with this too but I’m glad to see it’s not just me. I’ve been losing my mind over this all day today. I hope they can sort it quick.
Same thing happened to me today I got heirloom shards and decided hey let’s buy the rip tide. My grenade won’t unlock and only the thermite and arc star show they have the skin. I want to buy a recolor with my exotic shards and can’t due to this issue as well.
