Road to ranked challenges are all completed but ranked is still locked

Hey everyone,

I've merged a number of smaller threads and posts together that were discussing the same issue, just to help make sure updates aren't missed.

We're aware and looking into this issue, and as soon as we have any updates to share we'll do so here. Thank you for the posts to make sure this was brought to our attention, and for hanging in there while we're taking a look.
