ROAD TO RANKED

So there is this bug where if you complete any challenge or whole 7 challenge that we have to complete to go to the next level in road to ranked, the whole progress done get reset like its soo bad to the point that i am about to reaach lvl 30 and i have still yet to unlock rank where as my friend who started last season had ranked unlocked on lvl 20 . please fix this bug its gate keeping the main feature of the game being the ranked matches
