Same 'For You' Shop

For the past 3 weeks I have been getting what I'm 99% sure are the same exact items every time in the 'For You' section of the shop, like it's not even changing or refreshing at all. 

It's kinda frustrating since I'm waiting for a specific limited skin for quite some time and every week I check the shop it just shows the same exact skins that I have no care for at all.
