Sentinel becomes useless

This has been tested both on console and PC

-Combination of Sentinel + Overflow healer amp

After taking a shield a cell then immediately charging up sentinel. The sentinel will charge and sometimes getting one shot out of it. The sniper glitches where it can not zoom, it cannot shoot, and it cannot reload. Becoming a useless weapon. Only mitigation is to drop the weapon or swap to a different weapon on the ground/bin(not your secondary) to fix the issue. Swapping to your secondary weapon then switching back does not fix the issue. Had this happen multiple times both on console and pc
