Server Error After Upgrading Apex Pack with Legend Tokens – Pack Disappeared

After upgrading an Apex Pack using Legend Tokens, I attempted to open it. Immediately after opening the pack, I received a server error message. When I returned to the main menu/lobby, the Apex Pack was gone and I did not receive any rewards from it. 

Unfortunately, I was not recording and did not have a screenshot of the server error message but here is the screenshot where all my apex packs are gone.
