Server error deleted 100 wishlist apex packs

Bought 100 apex packs, converted them to wishlist packs, opened 2 sets of 50, and my game crashed both times with a server error message. I didn't receive anything new in my inventory and my crafting materials didn't go up either. Support chat told me to wait 24 hours before contacting them again and then still refused to help me after waiting 2 days. Instead, they made me wait and then just redirected me to here without doing anything to help me.
