Steam doesn't use EA progression. Lost progression.

I have my Steam account linked to my EA account. I installed Apex on Steam and logged into EA from the pop-up. For some reason, instead of using my EA progression, where I have almost every legend unlocked and about 200 levels, it used fresh Steam progression with Steam name and 0 progression. I have played on Steam before with the correct progression and since then I have not unlinked any accounts or anything.

Heya,

Are you sure you logged into the correct Steam Account?
If so, can you confirm it's properly linked to your EA account on this page: https://myaccount.ea.com/am/ui/connected-accounts

When did you play Apex on Steam and when did you have it linked to your EA account?

Sorry for the late reply. Yes, I am sure the correct account is linked. I am not sure when exactly I linked it, but it was before I played it on Steam. As I said, it has worked on Steam previously.
